I bring together a variety of modalities from over a decade in the healing and personal transformation space, drawing on extensive training in Somatic Coaching, Somatic Experiencing™  Therapy, DARe (Attachment repatterning),  PACT™ (Psychobiological approach to couples therapy), trauma healing and the autonomic nervous system.

I use an integrative approach, to support you to access your innate ability to heal and grow as an individual or couple.

You will find a confidential space to bring whatever you would like to work through at a pace and depth that feels safe to you.

Clients often come to me...

  • Struggling to believe in themselves - losing confidence in challenging situations.

  • Facing challenges with relationships in the workplace or at home (looking at their attachment style).

  • An inability to make decisions, often seeking clarity and direction.

  • Grappling with reoccurring self-defeating patterns.

  • Exhausted from juggling too many balls, experiencing difficulty creating time for the people and things they love.

  • Unable to heal from something in the past that continues to impact them now.

Together, we can transform your experience into...

  • A strong sense of belief and confidence in yourself.

  • Being seen and valued for your gifts and uniqueness.

  • Freedom, Authenticity and ease in work and life.

  • Demonstrating and experiencing strong boundaries in relationships.

  • Approaching conflict in a relaxed, grounded and compassionate state.

  • Finding clarity and making decisions effortlessly.

  • Having the impact you’re wanting to - and doing so in a sustainable, nourishing way.

What informs our work together

Somatic Experiencing™

Somatic Experiencing™ (SE) is a body-oriented therapeutic model for healing trauma and other stress disorders. It is based on a multidisciplinary intersection of physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics and has been clinically applied for more than four decades.

(Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning Experience). DARe® is a groundbreaking somatic Adult Attachment process created by Diane Poole Heller (Ph.D). Shifting patterns of how we are in relationship, to live from a calm easeful place while in relationship.

Integral Coaching®

Integral Coaching® refers to a way of coaching that is whole, complete and integrated. An Integral approach brings about change that endures over time, beyond the term of a coaching contract.

Restorative Yoga.

At its heart, Restorative Yoga is about resting. When we fully support the body, we create a space for deep and profound relaxation and rest.

We may use various Restorative Yoga postures to create different physiological and energetic effects.

Full Embodiment: Sexuality & sexual trauma.

Healing sexuality and sexual trauma from an embodied, somatic lens. For those who have experienced sexual trauma as a child, sexual assault as adults, people who struggle with debilitating shame, sexual/gender identity, body image and generally resist being in their bodies.

Non-violent Communication (NVC).

Also called compassionate communication or collaborative communication. NVC is an approach to communication based on principles of nonviolence. It is not a technique to end disagreements, but rather a method designed to increase empathy and improve the quality of life of those who utilize the method and the people around them.

“Tui was a phenomenal coaching partner - The culture in our organisation now sees us move truly as one organism, this has led to some incredible innovations within the business, in both product and process. Our relationships with our clients are stronger, which has led to an increase in repeat customers and a higher average spend. Clients are enamoured with this environment and simply want to be a part of it. We've 'leveled up’.”

Adam Whatton, Founder Waiheke Dive & Snorkel.
